THE OPERATOR REVIEW
AI will hand you a forecast, a contract summary, an analysis, in seconds. It will be confident. It will be plausible. And it knows nothing about your business that you did not tell it. The question is not whether the tool is good. It is whether you are equipped to push back on what it gives you.
Up to an hour on where your checking stops, and what to do at that edge. You leave with three moves in order, each one specific enough that we will both know whether it happened.
The diagnostic is free and takes about fifteen minutes. It names your two exposures. Your results email carries the link to book the review.
Built by a sitting CFO, former CEO, university board chair, and former head of AI capability in corporate banking.

WHAT IT IS
The diagnostic does the finding: twenty-eight statements, five lenses, your pattern named and your two exposures identified before we speak. So we begin where a first consulting meeting usually finishes. Up to an hour is enough because we start with the diagnosis already done. We spend the time deciding what to do.
You should leave knowing which of your instincts are earned and which are habit.
WHAT THE HOUR LOOKS LIKE
We test the pattern first. We start from what the diagnostic found and check whether it holds. Sometimes it does not, and correcting it is the first useful thing that happens.
Then the two exposures. Not the symptoms, the reason underneath them. This is where most of the hour goes.
Then three moves. Specific enough that we will both know in ninety days whether they happened.
Then what to leave alone. What is already solid, and what that lets you hand to AI.
We finish on the next ninety days. What you will have proved by the Reckoning, and what you will not.
WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH
One page, the next working day. Your two exposures and what they are costing. The decision we examined and what has to be true for it to work. The assumptions that still need checking. Three moves in order, each with a Check that proves it happened.
Everything we agree goes into your Exposure Register, the one page that holds your whole loop. It is yours to keep, it is what the Fix Library keeps feeding, and it is what we look at together at the Reckoning.
WHAT IT COSTS
£495. The first ten founders pay £250, as a founding rate, in exchange for honest feedback. Three months of the Fix Library is included.
If, at the end, you do not think it was worth more than you paid, tell me within fourteen days and I will refund it.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER
The review stands on its own. Three moves, checked against reality, and you could stop there.
Most gaps do not close in one conversation, which is what the three months of the Fix Library are for. Each Fix gives you what to change, the artefact to do it with, and the Check that proves you did it. £49 a month after that, no minimum term. Ninety days on, there is The Reckoning: forty-five minutes with me, on a video call, after you rerun the diagnostic. £195, and only if you want it.
WHO IT IS FOR
People running a real business, whether or not they own it, who are already using AI on decisions that matter, and would rather find out where their checking stops than be told it is all fine. If that is you, the way in is the diagnostic. Do that first, and the review builds on it. Your results email carries the booking link.
START
You will leave with the decision made, or with the exact thing you need in order to make it. Either way you will know which of your instincts to trust, and that is what makes the next hundred decisions faster.
